Creating your First Email Signature with SigBuzz

We have been working hard the last months to satisfy the Mac users among you!

So we are even prouder to announce you that starting from today, the SigBuzz Mac Client is available for download.

It’s been more than a month since we commercially launch Sigbuzz and I thought it would be appropriate for me to highlight some of the features that most interest some of our existing Enterprise users:

It’s been an amazing week here in Sigbuzz, with new users signing up everyday since our commercial launch. To all our supporters, we thank you for your patience to persevere with us throughout this journey. And with Google launching the new compose, our engineers have been working non-stop to ensure that our users feedback is being worked on.

We are glad and happy to say that we are probably one of the first email signature app to support the new compose in Gmail. The update is automatic and seamless, and our users just need to start using the new compose to see their email signature included in the new compose.

Have you ever ask yourself this question: Is there value in the hundreds of email replies that I send out every day? Reply emails is an under-valued source of email marketing as typical email campaigns are pure electronic direct mailers (eDM) sent as a new email to a central database.

We looked at one of the campaigns that our customer had run successfully over a one month period, with the following interesting snippet:
More than 600 click-throughs, of which reply email click-throughs outnumber new email click-throughs by 3:1.

It has been almost 2 years since we started Sigbuzz and 19 months since it was published to Google Apps Marketplace. The adventure has been exciting and of course challenging.

First of all, to all our thousands of supporters and beta testers who did not receive a reply on any of their support ticket, I sincerely apologise but rest assured that moving forward, we have put in dedicated resources to support your journey with email signature marketing. We have recognized that ensuring your application is up and running is first and foremost on our agenda and thus, we have invested in the resources to ensure this is taken care of.

Support for Latest Gmail UI

Gmail has a new look! The new look brings in cool new features like streamlined conversations, elastic density, smarter navigation, and more... 

However, the unfortunate consequence is that SigBuzz is currently broken. Those of you who have already switched to the new interface will have that SigBuzz is not populating your email signatures when composing email. 

We're working on a fix, and we should be pushing an update for our Chrome and Firefox plugin over this coming week.
